Accessibility
The first floor of the collections store house can only be reached by stairs. Guided tours are therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
Cloakroom & Lockers
Coats and backpacks can be stored free of charge in the lockers provided, leaving your hands free to enjoy your visit. Has it been raining? Wet coats and umbrellas must remain by the lockers to help protect the fragile collections.
Toilets
The toilets at Depot Rato are gender-neutral and wheelchair-accessible.
Comfort
The collections store house is kept fairly cool. The lower temperature helps preserve the objects in the best possible condition. Do you tend to feel cold quickly? We recommend bringing a jumper or scarf.
