Tips For a Memorable Group Visit

Arrive 15 minutes early

This gives everyone enough time to use the toilets before the tour begins. Your guide will meet you at reception.

Use the cloakroom

Backpacks, bags, suitcases and umbrellas may not be taken into the museum galleries. You can leave them in our lockers or cloakroom free of charge.

Lunch or Break? You're very welcome in the coffee-bar!

Food and drink are not permitted in the museum galleries, but your party is welcome in the coffee-bar. Groups can reserve a separate room, with a choice of buffet options.

Combine Your Visit with a Restaurant

Would your group like to eat together in Mechelen? These restaurants are suitable for groups.
